I’m James, and I’m based in Stoke-on-Trent, providing domestic plumbing services across Staffordshire. I’ve been working in the plumbing trade for over 10 years and started JM Plumbing because I wanted the freedom to offer the kind of service I believe people should get as standard.

Over the years, I’ve seen how frustrating it can be for customers when they struggle to get hold of a plumber, are left waiting, or feel they’re being overcharged. That’s never how I wanted to work. I treat every job properly, whether it’s a small repair or an emergency call-out, and always try to make the whole process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

A big part of my work is emergency plumbing. I know plumbing problems don’t always happen at convenient times, and when something goes wrong, it usually needs to be sorted quickly. Whether it’s a burst pipe, a leaking toilet, a faulty tap, blocked pipework, or another urgent issue, I always do my best to respond quickly and get things sorted properly.
